Copart Ireland sell a growing range of category B vehicles. In order to buy from our extensive range of category B vehicles, you must ensure that you have followed the steps below.
1. All Applicants must be a business with a registered business address
2. All Applicants must accept our Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use
To enable us to allow you to purchase category B vehicles we will require up to date / valid copies of the following documents:
- Copy of your Waste Facility Permit
- Copy of your Approved Treatment Facility (ATF) Permit found as part of your Waste Facility Permit
- Copy of an electronic Certificate of Destruction (COD) issued by the ATF within the last 30 days
Please note:
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that upon collection of any category B vehicle from either Copart’s Operation Centre in Castledermot or from a Copart Sub Lot that the driver has a valid waste collection permit for the corresponding region or a National waste collection permit.
All category B buyers MUST provide Copart an electronic copy of the Certificate of Destruction, within 30 days of the Lot leaving the yard.
*All UK CAT B Members must sign and return our “Sale of Category B vehicles for Export: Buyer Compliance Certification Form before CAT B privileges will be activated. UK buyers must have an active Copart UK buyer account with active category B purchasing permissions and their account is of good standing.
All other international category B Members must sign and return our “Sale of category B vehicles for Export: Buyer Compliance Certification Form before category B privileges will be activated. International category B buyers must have an active Copart UK buyer account that is of good standing
