All vehicle collections must be scheduled via our Transportation App. Collections are unavailable without an appointment.
Aimed at reducing wait times and improving the overall collection experience, our mobile app will enable you and your drivers to schedule a specific date and timeslot for collections. With one account you can schedule multiple appointments and register multiple transporters.




How Does It Work?
- Create your own account on the app, or send a collection request to your chosen transporter.
- You can accept/deny the request and schedule a collection on an available date and time.
- Notify the Operation Centre of your arrival via the app, who will then bring the vehicles directly to your transport.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a driver use the app to collect on my behalf?
Yes, you can use the app to book your own collection appointments, or you can request a driver to collect on your behalf. The driver can create an account on the app and follow the same process when booking appointments. Read the how-to guide for more information.
I've booked my collection using the app. How can I collect the VLC form?
If we hold a VLC for your vehicle, you will need to report to reception on collection. There are QR codes on display at our Operation Centres, please scan this on arrival and you will be entered into a virtual queue to enter the office.
Can I use the app to book a collection for CAT B vehicles?
Yes, you can still use the app to book a collection for Category B breaker vehicles. However, the Waste Transfer Form must be completed prior to the appointment and presented in reception on collection. (See note above on entering the office).
Can I use the app to book a collection of Heavy Equipment vehicles?
Yes, the app can be used for Heavy Equipment. After booking your timeslot, you will need to email the Operations Centre with a Method Statement explaining how you will load the vehicle. Copart equipment cannot be used to assist you. Upon arrival, you will need to report to reception with your completed risk assessment. Please note that the vehicle cannot leave our premises without a risk assessment.
Can the app be used to book bulk vehicle collections (10+)?
Due to the booking process on the Transportation App, we recommend that all bulk vehicle collections are completed by contacting the Operations Centre. This will help us to plan for your individual circumstances and will prevent delays for you and other Copart buyers.
