We offer 2 types of vehicle loading which can save you time:
Priority Loading
Priority loading is available for anyone who buys 3 or more vehicles from the same Operation Centre.
Once you have paid for your vehicles, contact the Operation Centre quoting ‘Priority loading service’ to book your loading day and time. A Copart colleague will then agree a day and time for you to come to the Operation Centre for your priority loading.
On the day and time agreed, visit the Operation Centre, go straight to the area marked ‘priority loading,’ and you will be given preprinted documentation. Take this straight to the loader driver. Your vehicles will already be picked ready for loading it’s as simple as that.
Pre-booked Loading
Copart now offers our members the opportunity to pre-book loading times for their purchased vehicles.
Once you have paid for your vehicle, contact the Operation Centre to pre-book your loading day and time. A Copart colleague will then agree a day and time for you to come to the Operation Centre for your pre-booked loading.
On the day and time agreed, visit the Operation Centre and go to the counter; explain you have a pre-booked loading time. You will be given pre-printed documentation. Take this straight to the loader driver. Your vehicle will already be picked for loading.
Alternatively, you can still come to the facility to collect your vehicles Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
