Join Auctions

After you’ve determined what vehicles you’d like to bid on,  you can submit preliminary bids or join a live auction. Our live auctions in Ireland start at 12pm local time. Check out the calendar to see the date of our next auction.

You don’t need to be logged in to view an auction, but you will need to sign in (or register) in order to bid.

Once you’ve done this, click on the Auctions tab to see a list of Today’s Auctions, Upcoming Auctions and the Auctions Calendar. You can also gain access to the live auction via  the Copart homepage, Member Dashboard and individual Locations pages when there are auctions running.

Ultimately, you’ll be directed to the Auctions Dashboard, where you’ll be able to add as many running auctions as you like. This Dashboard, in essence, is your auction room where you can minimise or maximise auction windows, place bids and hopefully experience the excitement of winning.

You will find that many of our sales contain multiple lanes. The number of lanes concurrently running depends on the volume of vehicles to be sold. Lanes are assigned based on vehicle item numbers, which indicate Lot type and condition. Connect the item number with the corresponding lane from this table below to determine which auction lane you will join:
