Pick up and Pay
Congratulations! You’ve won the Lot. So what now?
All purchases should be paid for within two business days, not including the day of sale. Payments can be made:
- at any Operation Centre
- by direct payment into our bank account
Payments of Buyer Fees, Internet Bid Fees, Lot Retrieval Fees and any other applicable fees, will also be required. Please see our Member Fees and Payments document for full details on our fees.
When you make a payment, it will be applied first to unpaid fees (including, but not limited to, Buyer, convenience, storage, Lot retrieval, late payment, relist and delivery fees), then to payment of any vehicle auctions you have won. Once all fees are paid in full, you can pick up your vehicle(s) or have them delivered to you. Buyers have seven calendar after the sale date to pick up their vehicles before storage fees begin accruing.
